Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Evdokia may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by Evdokia.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)

We will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.


Address Changes

Shipping addresses may be changed only before an order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
